Requirements
- ā4ā7 years in relationship management, client success, dealing desk or VIP support (trading/fintech/crypto preferred)
- āStrong understanding of futures trading concepts and trader behavior
- āComfortable working with high-volume and professional traders over calls
- āWorking knowledge of API trading flows (REST basics, auth, rate limits, error handling)
- āStrong ownership and execution discipline with follow-ups and closure
- āAbility to mentor and develop SOPs and processes
- āFluent English and Hindi plus one regional language
- āExperience supporting algo/API traders, market data workflows or broker integrations (nice to have)
- āFamiliarity with CRM/ticketing tools and Jira (nice to have)
- āBasic data skills including Excel, SQL or Metabase to track portfolio health (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- āManage a cohort of high-volume futures and API traders
- āRun regular call check-ins with high-value traders
- āProvide platform guidance on order flow, margin, leverage, SL/TP, liquidation prevention, fees and mark price
- āIdentify risk signals and execute retention plans
- āOwn API onboarding journey and drive activation to repeat activity
- āSupport API debugging including auth, request validation, rate limits and error handling
- āCoordinate with Product and Tech to resolve API issues and follow up to closure
- āCreate and improve onboarding materials, FAQs and quick-start guides
- āMentor other TRMs and set quality benchmarks for calls, notes and follow-ups
- āOwn and improve SOPs for prioritization, escalation routing, onboarding flow and reporting
- āPlan capacity and segmentation rules for TRM coverage
- āRun targeted win-back outreach for users liquidated within their first trades
