About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Payments team, focusing on improving the crypto and fiat on/off-ramp experience and integrating new payment channels. You’ll be shaping how users interact with deposits and withdrawals, ensuring fast, secure, and intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution

Translate market trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback into product requirements.

Refine the product roadmap after fully understanding the problem statements and success metrics, as well as aligning with the business users.

Formulate new hypotheses and actionable tasks based on the performance analysis.

Specify the requirements in clear details verbally and in writing to smoothen the development process.

Assist with the end-to-end of the development cycle from design, testing, and iterations.

Performance Tracking

Conduct post-launch analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.

Identify anomalies, drops, or unexpected trends for next iterations.

Compare the expected and actual performance to comprehend the root cause of the gap.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.

1-3 years experience in software product management.

Proven track record of successful product decisions.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Haves

Experience or knowledge in crypto or fintech industry.

Experience or knowledge in reviewing API documents.

Experience or knowledge in Agile methodology.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple priorities.
