You will build and own influencer and partnerships strategy across channels and formats. ●Comfortable managing relationships, negotiating and executing projects end-to-end
●Data-driven and highly organized, able to manage multiple collaborations simultaneously
●Fluent in French and English
●Experience in fintech, crypto, consumer finance or high-growth consumer apps (nice to have)
●Existing network of influencers, ambassadors, affiliates or media contacts (nice to have)
●Familiarity with affiliate or ambassador program mechanics (nice to have)
●Experience with compliance-sensitive industries or regulated products (nice to have)

Responsibilities

●Own influencer and partnerships strategy across key channels, platforms and formats
●Identify, recruit, negotiate with and manage influencers, ambassadors, affiliates and partners
●Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-potential profiles and partners
●Develop creative partnership concepts and sponsorship opportunities
●Manage collaborations end-to-end from sourcing and outreach to briefing, launch and reporting
●Track performance across awareness, engagement, acquisition and conversion metrics
●Continuously improve partner selection, campaign quality, deal structure and ROI
●Test local opportunities and surface market insights to shape the EU playbook, especially in Spain and Italy
