Requirements

●Experience in automation testing using Python (or Kotlin, C#)
●Experience in manual testing including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking
●Experience collaborating with Customer Support teams to triage, prioritize, and resolve user-reported issues
●Ability to validate implementations against design mockups and ensure UI/UX consistency
●Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
●Proactive product-focused mindset with attention to user impact
●Experience with continuous production monitoring tools to detect, analyze, and respond to live issues
●Hands-on experience testing P2P or fintech products (nice to have)
●Practical experience with blockchain products such as wallets transactions and dApps (nice to have)

Responsibilities

●Develop and maintain automated tests using Python
●Perform manual testing of new features
●Test and validate P2P marketplace functionality including orders matching and transaction processing
●Verify correctness, stability, and security of user transactions and payment flows
●Review the app and validate UI/UX against design mockups
●Triage user reports, prioritize issues, and communicate resolutions
●Identify, log, and analyze bugs with reproducible steps and impact assessment
●Create and maintain regression test cases and automated test coverage
●Hunt for vulnerabilities and abuse vectors and design or verify protective controls
●Collaborate with Customer Support to triage and resolve user-reported issues
●Monitor production using continuous monitoring tools to detect and respond to live issues
