Requirements
- ā5+ years in Customer Success or Technical Account Management within B2B SaaS or fintech with at least 2 years in a senior strategic capacity managing enterprise institutional clients
- āDeep crypto native knowledge of blockchain digital assets custody models DeFi protocols and stablecoins
- āTechnical fluency with MPC key management and API flows
- āCommercial fluency in ARR forecasting churn analysis and contract negotiation
- āBased in an APAC timezone (Singapore Hong Kong or Sydney) with ability to travel up to 30%
- āExceptional C-suite communication skills and proven ownership in early stage high growth environments
- āMust be based in Singapore or Hong Kong and hold valid work authorization for one of these locations
Responsibilities
- āOwn APAC as a business unit and report on regional health
- āForecast ARR growth and manage churn

- āBuild and maintain deep relationships with institutional customers from onboarding through renewal and expansion
