Requirements

- āExcellent knowledge of Agile activities including scope planning, prioritization, roadmap creation, risk identification, grooming, refinement, tracking results, demos, retrospectives, and change management
- āUnderstanding of team rituals including task setting, motivation, control, positive communication, and conflict resolution
- āProficiency in process documentation and PM tracking tools such as the Atlassian stack
- āExperience in incremental software delivery management
- āAbility to work independently and deliver results under time constraints
- āStrong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- āAdvanced or intermediate English, Ukrainian, or Russian
