Requirements

  • ●5+ years of experience, preferably in the FinTech space

  • ●Solid understanding of market structure, order types (Limit, Market, Stop, IOC, FOK), trade lifecycle and risks associated with electronic trading
  • ●Excellent problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems
  • ●Hands-on experience developing and maintaining high-performance low-latency trading systems
  • ●Comfort with ambiguity and ability to independently formulate and test hypotheses
  • ●Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ●Preferred: Bachelors in computer science or equivalent experience
  • ●Preferred: Experience at banking-as-a-service, brokerage-as-a-service, or payment-as-a-service business
  • ●Preferred: Experience with digital assets
  • ●Preferred: Experience with distributed systems design and messaging frameworks (e.g., Kafka, ZeroMQ, NATS)

Responsibilities

  • ●Contribute to the design and development of software in an event-driven microservices environment
