Job Title: Capital Markets Associate
Location:United States (remote - U.S. only), NYC preferred
Compensation: $125k-150k base salary plus performance based cash incentives and stock options, depending on role and experience level

Position Overview:Tradable is seeking an experienced and dynamic Capital Markets Associate with a strong background in direct lending and a specialization in the syndication / sale of private credit or other private alternative assets. The ideal candidate will have ~5-7 years of experience in the industry and a proven track record of driving growth through strategic capital markets initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Capital Markets, you will be responsible for overseeing capital market activities, matching supply and demand, and growing both the supply and demand sides of the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and strengthen strategic relationships with direct lenders, institutional investors, and other key financial stakeholders to drive marketplace adoption
Serve as a primary relationship manager for both the supply (borrowers/asset managers) and demand (investors) sides of the marketplace, ensuring a high-touch, consultative approach to meeting client needs
Collaborate internally (with Product, Legal, and Operations teams) and externally to ensure seamless execution of complex private credit transactions on the Tradable platform
Execute marketing and sales campaigns to drive further adoption
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform capital market strategies and product offerings
Excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the capital markets organization
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in a capital markets role at an investment bank, fintech, broker, advisor or intermediary, with a strong focus on the sales of alternative assets, preferably private credit or asset backed securities
Established network and proven relationship-building success within the private credit ecosystem, including access to institutional investors and middle-market lenders
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage relationships with senior-level financial professionals
Proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets in a competitive market environment
Existing relationships and book of business to work within Tradable’s ecosystem
Series 7 and 63 preferred but not required
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
