Responsibilities

Review and analyze cardholder dispute claims, gather evidence, and communicate with users to ensure timely and fair resolutions.

Collaborate with partners and internal teams to resolve disputes within regulatory deadlines and identify potential fraud.

Support compliance by monitoring merchant activity, analyzing data, and escalating suspicious patterns to protect the ecosystem.

Assist in resolving critical card and pay program queries, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Lead process improvements, document SOPs, and perform operational tasks to enhance Pay & Card service efficiency.

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.

Proactive mindset with experience or interest in payments, card operations, or compliance preferred.

Organized and detail-oriented, capable of documenting processes and driving continuous improvements.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet regulatory deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, operations, or related fields.
