We are seeking an experienced project manager professional to support our expansion initiatives across Latin America. This role will be critical in coordinating cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong stakeholder communication across our regional operations.
Please note this is a 6 month contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage multiple projects across the LATAM region, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive resolution of blockers
Facilitate communication between regional teams, stakeholders, and global headquarters
Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
Support resource planning and capacity management across projects
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners as needed
Required Qualifications:
Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken)
5+ years of project management or PMO experience
Payment, Banking, or Fintech industry background required
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Experience working in or with Latin American markets
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Xomfortable working across different time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
Portuguese language skills (advantageous for Brazil operations)
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
Experience with card issuance, payment processing, or digital banking products
Previous experience in contract or consulting roles
