Requirements
- āBachelor or Master degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Law or related discipline

- āExperience in financial services fintech or crypto-asset environments preferred
- āDemonstrated ability to operate at senior executive or board level
- āExperience managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives
- āExceptional strategic thinking and analytical capability
- āStrong leadership presence and executive communication skills
- āAbility to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
- āExcellent stakeholder management and diplomacy
- āStrong understanding of corporate governance and organisational leadership
- āMust undergo mandatory Fit and Proper pre-assessment and meet Annex II Skills of EBA/ESMA suitability guidelines

- āPrior F&P approval is ideal
Responsibilities
- āSupport the Board of Directors and executive leadership in executing the strategic roadmap
- āTranslate strategic objectives into operational initiatives and measurable milestones
- āMonitor progress of key initiatives and ensure accountability across departments
- āIdentify risks bottlenecks and opportunities affecting strategic execution
- āOrganise and support Board meetings and prepare board materials
- āDocument communicate and implement board decisions
- āMaintain governance documentation including agendas decision registers and follow-up actions
- āSupport oversight of risk management compliance and operational governance
- āCoordinate between Finance Risk Compliance Legal Technology Information Security and Finance Operations
- āFacilitate cross-department collaboration for strategic initiatives and regulatory obligations
- āLead high-priority strategic projects on behalf of senior management
- āConduct strategic analysis and prepare recommendations on market expansion operational improvements and partnerships
- āSupport preparation for regulatory engagements supervisory reviews and licence processes
- āMonitor service provider performance and risk exposure
- āEstablish monitoring frameworks including strategic KPIs execution dashboards and performance monitoring
