Requirements

  • ā—Demonstrated ability to operate at senior executive or board level
  • ā—Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities

  • ā—Support the Board of Directors and executive leadership in executing the strategic roadmap
  • ā—Translate strategic objectives into operational initiatives and measurable milestones
  • ā—Monitor progress of key initiatives and ensure accountability across departments
  • ā—Identify risks bottlenecks and opportunities affecting strategic execution
  • ā—Organise and support Board meetings and prepare board materials
  • ā—Document communicate and implement board decisions
  • ā—Maintain governance documentation including agendas decision registers and follow-up actions
  • ā—Support oversight of risk management compliance and operational governance
  • ā—Coordinate between Finance Risk Compliance Legal Technology Information Security and Finance Operations
  • ā—Facilitate cross-department collaboration for strategic initiatives and regulatory obligations
  • ā—Lead high-priority strategic projects on behalf of senior management
  • ā—Conduct strategic analysis and prepare recommendations on market expansion operational improvements and partnerships
  • ā—Support preparation for regulatory engagements supervisory reviews and licence processes
