- āExperience with international law and cross-border regulatory frameworks

Responsibilities
- āDraft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements
- āLead privacy law compliance efforts (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)
- āManage responses to subpoenas, law enforcement requests, and regulatory inquiries
- āAdvise on employment law matters and support hiring and employee relations
- āProvide legal guidance on financial regulations and AML/KYC requirements
- āMonitor international legal developments and advise on cross-border regulatory impact
- āAssist in managing legal risk and conduct legal research and training
