Requirements
- ā5+ years of software engineering experience in fast paced, high growth environments
- āProficiency in at least one modern programming language Golang or Java preferred; Kotlin, Rust, Python, or C++ also valued
- āSolid foundation in computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and distributed system design
- āExperience building and maintaining cloud native services using Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and AWS
- āStrong debugging and problem solving skills, especially in production environments
- āExcellent collaboration and communication abilities able to work effectively with cross functional teams
- āExperience working on high throughput, low latency systems, trading infrastructure, cryptography, or custody platforms is a strong plus
- āA passion for innovation and driving technical solutions to real world problems
