Requirements

- ●Practical experience applying statistical analysis such as regression, hypothesis testing, causal inference, and effect evaluation
- ●Experience summarizing analysis into reports and presentations for non-technical audiences
- ●Interest in domestic and international product and service trends
- ●Experience with BI visualization using Tableau or PowerBI (preferred)
- ●Experience working with retail, distribution, or service operational data (preferred)
- ●Experience in product management, business proposal/decision support from analysis, or collaborating with sales/CS/consulting to drive analysis (preferred)
- ●Experience understanding enterprise customer issues and proposing quantitative and qualitative solutions (preferred)
Responsibilities
- ●Structure ambiguous customer and product problems and formulate analysis questions and hypotheses
- ●Extract, process, and aggregate sales, inventory, KPI, and usage log data using SQL
- ●Quantify product implementation effects using statistical causal inference methods
- ●Add insights and propose measures, and compile analysis into reports
- ●Explain and present analysis results to internal engineers, customer management, and client stakeholders
- ●Provide analysis feedback to drive product improvements
