Requirements
- āMinimum of 5+ years experience in Product Management
- āExperience building API-based products
- āStrong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contract architecture, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-3643, Canton CIP), and issuance and settlement models
- āProven ability to develop product and go-to-market strategies and communicate recommendations to executive management
- āAbility to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
- āExcellent written and verbal communication skills
- āDemonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira
- āStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to write SQL queries and analyze data
- āPreferred: experience building tokenization, digital securities, or stablecoin issuance products
- āPreferred: familiarity with EVM, Canton, and other permissioned chain environments
- āPreferred: background in capital markets, securities operations, or transfer agency
Responsibilities
- āOwn the Tokenization roadmap and drive execution
- āDesign end-to-end token issuance and servicing flows
- āIntegrate and onboard tokenization partners, smart contract auditors, and blockchain vendors
- āCollaborate with Engineering to translate requirements into production-ready systems for EVM and permissioned chains
- āDevelop reconciliation processes between on-chain and off-chain records and automate exception handling
- āEnsure tokenization flows meet regulatory, transfer restriction, and investor eligibility requirements
- āWrite technical specifications, smart contract requirements, and API documentation
- āAnalyze on-chain and transaction data to optimize performance and inform product decisions
