Requirements

- āExperience with IT infrastructure maintenance desired but can be acquired
Responsibilities
- āOversee personnel hiring, discipline, and performance assessment
- āEnsure facility uptime and production
- āManage maintenance, construction, repair, and refurbishment operations
- āImplement policies and procedures for building and equipment operation
- āMonitor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management systems
- āTrack work orders for quality, service standards, and budget compliance
- āObtain and maintain certifications for equipment operation (e.g., forklift, personal lift)
- āCommunicate effectively with interdepartmental staff
- āManage relationships with third-party partners and vendors
- āProtect sensitive and confidential information
- āUse ladders, power tools, and hand tools safely
- āUse internal software to track, record, diagnose, and operate hardware
- āPerform basic network troubleshooting, management, and installation
- āLift and move equipment up to 55 lbs
- āOperate electrical breakers up to 480V safely
- āPerform other duties as assigned
