Requirements

- āProven success sourcing, negotiating, and closing B2B or institutional deals
- āStrong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, stablecoins, wallets, exchanges, or crypto payment flows
- āExperience selling into or operating within Europe or Africa and knowledge of local fintech/payment ecosystems
- āStructured approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity assessment
- āStrong relationship building and communication skills
- āHands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive)
- āBased in Africa or Europe and fluent in English
- āAdditional regional languages are a plus
- āExisting network across crypto, fintech, or payments is nice to have
