Requirements
- ā6+ years of experience in a related regulatory and Compliance/Risk function at a financial services company or similar is desirable but not necessary
- āWell organised self-starter able to work autonomously with commitment to ongoing learning
- āFoundational knowledge of Compliance regulations AML requirements sanctions and consumer risks
- āFamiliarity applying compliance frameworks to crypto assets and products
- āExcellent judgment and analysis with ability to research compile complex data and make recommendations
- āMid-level to advanced knowledge of the crypto-economy with strong desire to learn
- āExperience in leading and motivating a team and leading by example
- āDirect experience in due diligence and leading process design and execution

Responsibilities
- āManage regulatory requirements and provide contractual support
- āParticipate in development of the regulatory broker function
- āAssess applicable regulations and set company standards with Risk Legal Compliance Tech and Privacy
- āSupport Legal and internal teams with legal contracts and communications to investors and clients
- āCollaborate with Legal Tech Product and client-facing teams to establish and maintain client contracts
- āIdentify monitor and manage legal risks and advise stakeholders
- āEnsure legal and commercial risks are minimised through communication with stakeholders
- āSupport management of legal priorities and objectives within the business
- āContribute to process design special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- āSupport Compliance with regulatory data protection and contentious matters
- āManage contractual relationships and legal risk with suppliers partners and third parties
- āAdvise on complex cross-functional agreements
- āReport to senior management on relevant compliance issues
- āEnsure relevant policies and procedures are in place and adhered to
