Requirements

●Excellent asynchronous communication skills
●Comfort with logistics coordination including shipping and vendor scheduling

●Based in the San Francisco Bay Area preferred with availability for occasional in-person support

Responsibilities

●Own end-to-end episode publishing workflows across Substack, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other platforms
●Upload episodes, manage metadata, write show notes, and maintain podcast pages
●Edit, format, and publish episode transcripts
●Upload and organize written episode assets
●Pull and summarize platform analytics regularly to surface key insights
●Coordinate guest logistics including swag, microphone shipping, and post-episode follow-up
●Route partnership and business opportunities to appropriate internal owners
●Support in-person recording logistics including studio coordination, production setup, and camera coordination
●Coordinate follow-on content extensions such as articles and repurposed content
