Responsibilities
Maintain financial records (both fiat and crypto transactions)
Prepare regular financial reports (P&L, Cash Flow, management reports)
Support budgeting and financial planning processes
Monitor expenses and manage payments
Work with crypto wallets, exchanges, and payment providers
Assist with audits and collaborate with external accountants
Collect and analyze financial data to support decision-making
Help improve and automate financial processes
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Finance / Accounting / Audit
Basic understanding of Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrencies
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables)
Understanding of financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow)
English level: Intermediate+ or higher
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
