Responsibilities

  • ā—Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues across SDKs and APIs
  • ā—Debug integrations across web, mobile, and backend platforms and languages
  • ā—Identify, reproduce, and document bugs and partner with engineering to drive resolution
  • ā—Support customers setting up and verifying integrations including configuration and auth flows
  • ā—Create and maintain example code, troubleshooting guides, and internal playbooks
  • ā—Spot patterns in recurring issues and propose documentation and SDK improvements
  • ā—Relay feedback and insights from customers to Product and Engineering
  • ā—Improve internal tools and processes to scale technical support
