ABOUT THE ROLE

LayerZero builds permissionless infrastructure for a better world, enabling any asset, application, or company to use crypto rails at internet scale. We’re reinventing how value moves online by solving for interoperability amongst blockchains – a problem we believe the world will value in trillions.

As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own the bridge between what we build and how the world understands it. You’ll shape product positioning, define go-to-market strategies, and create the content that helps customers, developers, and institutions grasp what’s possible with LayerZero.

You’ll partner with Product, BD, and Brand Marketing to craft content that differentiate us, grounded in truth, data, and technical depth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Define Positioning and Messaging

Develop clear, differentiated product narratives grounded in technical understanding

Partner with Product and Engineering to translate new capabilities into market-ready messaging

Lead Product Go-to-Market Strategy

Drive launch plans for new products, integrations, and features, ensuring alignment across teams

Partner with BD and Comms to activate narratives through campaigns, events, and content

Create High-Impact Collateral

Produce product explainers, one-pagers, presentations, and sales enablement materials that scale understanding

Ensure consistency of message, tone, and design across all external assets

Measure and Refine

Use adoption and engagement data to assess resonance and improve storytelling

Contribute insights back into product development and roadmap prioritization

ABOUT YOU

5–8 years in product marketing, go-to-market, or solutions marketing within fintech, SaaS, or crypto

Fluency in institutional finance and capital markets is required

Ability to bridge technical depth with narrative clarity

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders

Deep conviction in the crypto ecosystem and the role of interoperability in shaping its future

High agency, high ownership, low ego
