Responsibilities

●Own and oversee day-to-day running of core operational processes
●Design, implement and continuously improve scalable operational workflows, controls and documentation
●Act as strategic partner to the COO and C-suite, translating business objectives into operational execution
●Lead operational planning and prioritisation to support a rapidly growing organisation
●Ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity of operational data, including overseeing reconciliations, validations and reporting
●Identify operational risks and inefficiencies and design solutions to mitigate or resolve them
●Manage and deliver cross-functional operational projects and initiatives
●Build, develop and mentor operational capability within the team
●Collaborate with stakeholders across product, finance, legal and technology to integrate processes
●Develop and maintain understanding of products, regulatory environment, rules, procedures and internal controls
●Act as point of escalation for complex operational issues and drive them to resolution
