Requirements

  • â—ŹExperience managing HR systems across Talent Management HCM Compensation and L&D
  • â—ŹExperience with payroll benefits performance management talent operations acquisition and learning and development
  • â—ŹExperience with end-to-end HRIS implementations upgrades and integrations
  • â—ŹProficiency in HRIS configuration workflows and reporting tools
  • â—ŹAdvanced knowledge of data management analytics and reporting
  • â—ŹExperience with Business Intelligence systems such as PowerBI or Looker
  • â—ŹUnderstanding of system integrations using API middleware and experience collaborating with Integrations teams
  • â—ŹEffective written and verbal communication and ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences
  • â—ŹAdvanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
