Requirements

- ●Practical experience and execution capability; no specific educational qualifications required
Responsibilities
- ●Own liquidity provisioning and pricing for Mudrex and Saber Money
- ●Own working capital cycles end-to-end and build intraday and forward liquidity forecasts
- ●Minimize idle cash across currencies and corridors
- ●Execute and manage OTC trades to support business volumes and operational requirements
- ●Manage pricing, spreads, and execution strategy to remain competitive while protecting margins
- ●Build, grow, and manage a strong network of USDT buyers in India
- ●Lead the liquidity team’s employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development
- ●Drive disciplined daily execution, internal controls, and SOPs for OTC operations
- ●Provide regular reporting and insights on liquidity positions, OTC volumes, risks, and performance
