Requirements

  • ā—Screen resumes for technical and non-technical roles
  • ā—Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate pipeline via an applicant tracking system
  • ā—Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • ā—Maintain and update company and employee digital records ensuring PDPA 2010 compliance
  • ā—Track leave records in accordance with Employment Act entitlements
  • ā—Coordinate company events and employee engagement initiatives while ensuring HR documentation aligns with statutory requirements
  • ā—Assist company-wide communications and departmental updates
