Requirements
- āBachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- āInternship period of 4 months or longer
- āStrong command of English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
- āAbility to handle confidential information with high integrity
- āCan-do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment
- āAbility to work collaboratively across departments
- āTech-savvy with interest in Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, or Fintech (preferred)
Responsibilities
- āPost job ads on platforms such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and AJobThing
- āScreen resumes for technical and non-technical roles
- āCoordinate interviews and manage the candidate pipeline via an applicant tracking system
- āAssist in the onboarding process for new hires
- āMaintain and update company and employee digital records ensuring PDPA 2010 compliance
- āTrack leave records in accordance with Employment Act entitlements
- āCoordinate company events and employee engagement initiatives while ensuring HR documentation aligns with statutory requirements
- āAssist company-wide communications and departmental updates
- āGather feedback from employees to help improve the workplace environment
