We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager (PM) to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our cryptography-based products and services. ## Lead the end-to-end planning of products and services based on cryptographic technologies Define product strategies based on market and customer needs Collaborate closely with research and development teams to launch and improve products Incorporate feedback from domestic and international customers to enhance product quality Support technical sales with a strong understanding of the product and technology ## Requirements Around 10 years of experience as a PM or in a related role in the IT industry Experience planning and launching B2B products Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments Must be fluent in English and able to work with global customers and partners ## Preferred qualifications Experience planning products for global markets Experience participating in global projects ## Flexible working hours Monthly welfare points Annual health check-up support Additional paid leave for long-term employees Support for language and job-related education expenses
