Requirements
- ā7+ years hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst working with multiple technical teams
- ā3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domains
- āExcellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- āExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and drive deliverables to completion
- āExperience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
- āExperience with API specifications like OpenAPI, web development, and scripting to build internal tools (e.g., bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)
