Job Description

You'll own and scale Transak's fiat payments experience across North America and LATAM, focusing on ACH/bank transfers, cards, and local alternative payment methods (APMs). You'll work closely with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Ops, and Partnerships to build resilient, compliant, high-throughput money movement across multiple rails. You'll define the multi-rail strategy, set KPIs, write detailed PRDs, lead agile execution, and drive reliability improvements. You'll own end-to-end ACH experiences, improve card authorization and payment success, expand local APM coverage in the Americas, and collaborate with Compliance/Legal and Partnerships to ensure regional readiness and smooth partner onboarding.

  • ā—Build scalable flows for returns, exceptions, and NOCs
  • ā—Partner with Finance/Ops on settlement, reconciliation, and reporting pipelines
  • ā—Improve card authorization and payment success through decline reason normalization and routing
  • ā—Collaborate with Risk on fraud and disputes strategies
  • ā—Monitor provider performance and optimize for reliability and cost
  • ā—Expand and optimize local APM coverage in the Americas
  • ā—Own method-level UX and operational readiness for APMs
