Responsibilities

  • ā—Define and drive the API roadmap
  • ā—Lead discovery with enterprise engineering teams to understand integration patterns
  • ā—Establish API design principles, versioning strategy, and deprecation policies
  • ā—Design APIs for AI consumption including structured responses and function-calling compatibility
  • ā—Own the end-to-end developer experience including authentication, documentation, SDKs, sandbox environments, and error messaging
  • ā—Coordinate across Engineering, Enterprise Solutions, AI/ML, Sales, and Customer Success
  • ā—Define and monitor platform KPIs such as uptime, latency, error rates, adoption, and integration speed
  • ā—Support client onboarding and bespoke integrations alongside Sales and Enterprise Solutions
