Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain core components of market making systems using the Go language stack, including order management, pricing engines, risk control modules, and inventory management.
  • Implement market making logic across multiple strategies such as CTA, arbitrage, grid trading, and integrate AMM models when applicable.
  • Optimize system performance for ultra-low-latency trading, including order placement, cancellation, and quote refresh mechanisms under high concurrency.
  • Integrate with major exchange APIs (REST, FIX, WebSocket), ensuring stable and fast connectivity for quoting and order execution.
  • Realize the technical implementation of trading rules specific to market making, such as position management, T+0 trading, margin call mechanisms, and inventory risk management.
  • Collaborate with quant researchers and operations specialists to translate models into production-level code, ensuring stable strategy deployment and efficient execution.
  • Participate in system monitoring and troubleshooting, formulate disaster recovery plans, and reduce risks in the production environment.

Requirements

  • With 3–5 years of Go development experience. Solid knowledge of Go fundamentals, deep understanding of concurrency models (goroutines, channels), memory management, and performance tuning. Familiarity with the go-zero framework and hands-on experience using it in real projects.
  • Ability to leverage AI programming tools (e.g., Claude Code) to improve development efficiency and code quality.
  • Mastery of distributed system design principles, and familiarity with the application of middleware such as Kafka, Redis, Etcd and MySQL in trading scenarios.
  • Ability to analyze system bottlenecks and business anomalies using logs and monitoring tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with quant researchers, operations, and other engineers.
  • Experience with multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) in addition to Go.
