Requirements

- āFamiliarity with employment and service engagement documentation across multiple jurisdictions
- āExperience managing visa and immigration processes and background checks
- āStrong attention to detail and operational discipline
- āExperience navigating a learning management system
- āComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- āOwnership mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively
- āNice to have: experience in Web3, fintech or distributed/contractor-heavy organisations
Responsibilities
- āOwn end-to-end employee lifecycle operations for a global workforce
- āDesign, optimise and automate onboarding experience
- āManage and administer HiBob HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, reporting and automation
- āDraft and manage global contracts, letters and core people documentation
- āServe as primary point of contact for People Operations queries and support
- āManage global visa and immigration processes including renewals and tracking
- āCoordinate and oversee background checks and pre-employment screening
- āPartner with Finance to ensure accurate and timely global payroll and support audits and reconciliations
- āAdminister and manage global benefits programs and vendor relationships
- āPartner with Legal and Compliance to maintain handbooks, policies and internal compliance requirements
- āEnsure data integrity, GDPR compliance, documentation and audit readiness
- āIdentify and implement opportunities to streamline, standardise and automate People Operations processes
- āMaintain the learning management system and ensure content and access are up to date
