Requirements

Responsibilities
- āOwn and continuously improve the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, role transitions, and offboarding
- āManage performance management processes and support managers in review cycles, documentation, feedback workflows, and development conversations
- āManage core People Operations processes including maintaining accurate employee records, processing new hires and changes, and handling employment verifications
- āMaintain People documentation and Notion Hub and identify opportunities to improve People processes, workflows, and systems
- āSupport engagement, culture initiatives, and company events
- āOversee Seattle office operations including vendor management, office supplies, and basic IT coordination
