Web3 DApp Developer

Shawn & Partners is a sales intelligence startup founded in March 2025, innovating the insurance market's information asymmetry and unfair compensation issues through AI and Web3 technology. Led by an MIT MBA founder alongside Harvard and Penn State PhDs, we're building 'half N half', a next-generation platform. Backed by VC investment and selected for the Ministry of SMEs TIPS program in December 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and operate 'half N half' DApp (Web/Mobile)
- Design user-friendly UI/UX
- Establish performance/security/usability metrics and operational automation (monitoring, deployment, logging)

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience (Bachelor's degree or above)
- Strong understanding of blockchain/Web3 ecosystem with service integration experience (required)
- AA (ERC-4337), Layer 2 (Optimistic/ZK Rollup) development experience
- Solidity, Foundry, Hardhat proficiency
- Security: zk-SNARK, PII minimization, privacy-preserving system design
