Requirements
- ā8+ years of experience in institutional finance digital assets DeFi or financial infrastructure
- āAt least 5 years in asset management banking capital markets or institutional crypto with direct experience in institutional digital asset operationalization
- āStrong understanding of RWA tokenization mechanics including legal structuring custody and lifecycle management
- āFamiliarity with institutional DeFi concepts such as permissioned pools on-chain credit and tokenized money markets
- āDeep understanding of custody workflows settlement processes and institutional compliance and reporting requirements
- āProven business development or partnership track record in blockchain fintech or financial services
- āComfortable engaging with technical integration teams and C-suite legal and compliance stakeholders
- āExisting network across institutional crypto custodian infrastructure asset management or RWA tokenization preferred
Responsibilities
- āBuild and maintain relationships with wealth managers family offices and investment banks to enable custody trading and portfolio allocation
- āEngage with institutional DeFi protocols including permissioned pools on-chain credit and yield infrastructure to drive Cardano-native adoption
- āDrive integrations with custodians prime services and onramps including technical onboarding and commercial agreements
- āPartner with RWA tokenization platforms and asset originators to bring tokenized securities funds credit instruments and commodities onto Cardano
- āWork with stablecoin issuers and payment stablecoin infrastructure providers to support issuance and circulation on Cardano
- āWork with compliance technology providers to provide reporting tax tooling and audit infrastructure for institutional partners
- āEngage with ETF issuers index providers and structured product creators to develop ADA and CNT linked investment products
