Requirements

●BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent years of work experience
●Proven experience managing teams that have delivered products
●Golang expertise, familiar with Go’s idiomatic approach and niches
●Familiarity with TypeScript and React for frontend services
●Understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, including major protocols such as Bitcoin and Ethereum and on-chain transaction flows
●Proven experience integrating with third-party financial services or crypto exchanges via REST WebSockets or proprietary APIs
●Strong knowledge of financial compliance and security standards related to digital assets and money movement, including KYC AML implications
●Expertise in designing and operating large-scale distributed systems that handle sensitive financial data and high transaction volumes with low latency
●Experience driving technical strategy and architectural decisions for highly available high-throughput systems
●Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills
●Experience collaborating directly with external engineering teams on SDK API integrations and troubleshooting
●Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language for technical and non-technical audiences
●Experience partnering with Product Management to define product requirements and influence technical roadmaps
