Requirements
- ā5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing
- āClear written and spoken English communication skills
- āExperience with Python, Labview, or similar programming languages
- āExperience in statistics and with SQL, JMP, Matplotlib, or similar data visualization tools
- āAbility to read schematics
- āKnowledge of circuit design at maker level or beyond
- āHands-on experience with hardware lab equipment for test and measurement (oscilloscope, power supply, DMM)
- āExperience with prototyping platforms (Raspberry Pi, Arduino) and 3D printing
- āMethodical engineering problem-solving skills
- āAble and willing to travel internationally ~20% as needed
- āClear written and spoken Mandarin communication skills (preferred)
- āFamiliarity with board-level (SMT) and product-level (FATP) electronics manufacturing processes (preferred)
- āExperience performing analog measurements including calibration and control of systematic errors (preferred)
- āExperience managing contract manufacturing test partners and driving GR&R and DOE (preferred)
- āExperience driving yield and cycle time optimizations (preferred)
- āExperience writing build reports, SOPs, and station issue lists (preferred)
