What You’ll Do

As a Senior Staff Full Stack Engineer, you’ll remain deeply hands-on while shaping the technical direction of our platform across frontend and backend systems. You’ll own the hardest cross-stack problems - performance, scalability, correctness, and architectural coherence in a fast-moving environment

Architect and build high-performance systems across the entire stack, directly contributing production code in both frontend and backend layers

Define and evolve cross-stack architecture that scales with user growth, product complexity, and real-time interaction demands

Lead complex, multi-surface initiatives end to end - from system design and RFC through implementation, rollout, and iteration

Design clean boundaries between frontend, backend, and blockchain infrastructure, ensuring systems remain modular and adaptable as we scale

Anticipate systemic bottlenecks (performance, data consistency, infra limits) and proactively design durable solutions

Drive improvements in performance, reliability, and observability across the stack

Rapidly prototype and validate new product ideas while ensuring that successful experiments evolve into production-grade systems

Raise the bar for engineering quality through design reviews, architectural guidance, and hands-on mentorship

Act as a technical anchor during critical launches, migrations, or incidents that span multiple parts of the stack

Improve developer velocity by evolving tooling, CI/CD pipelines, testing strategy, and shared abstractions

Who You Are

Proven track record of owning large cross-stack systems serving real users under real load

Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js (or equivalent backend frameworks), with strong architectural instincts

Comfortable reasoning about distributed systems, data modelling, caching, and client–server tradeoffs

Able to move fluidly between frontend performance optimisation and backend system design

Known for solving ambiguous, cross-cutting technical problems that span multiple layers of the stack

High-agency and execution-driven - you influence direction by building and shipping

Comfortable setting technical direction without stepping away from implementation

Experience in high-growth or high-scale environments where systems must evolve rapidly without collapsing under complexity

Familiar with crypto, DeFi, or blockchain systems - especially real-time interactions, indexing, or wallet-integrated applications
