Job Description
You review crypto scam complaints and related artifacts at scale, validate or override proposed dispositions, and route matters to the appropriate downstream workflow. You examine victim narratives and evidence, identify actionable insights, and contribute to improving processes and models.
Requirements
- ā3-5 years of experience triaging financial crime complaints or dispositioning alerts in a high volume environment
- āAI fluency and experience using AI tools in triage workflows
- āComplaint data literacy and the ability to read victim narratives and extract relevant details
- āCrypto and blockchain literacy at a read and triage level
- āStrong written communication
- āUS citizenship required
- āNA batch shift availability (location anywhere in the US; two seats based in the Washington DC area)
- āAbility to obtain Public Trust clearance
Responsibilities
- āHold the disposition call on every case in your queue and ensure the validated disposition fires downstream
- āBe the human override on AI and catch model errors
- āFlag patterns across clusters to surface recurring model errors
- āReview crypto scam complaints and related artifacts at scale and route matters to the downstream workflow
