Responsibilities
- āMaintain and support core IT systems including Google Workspace and device management (JAMF)
- āExecute IT onboarding and offboarding processes including hardware provisioning and access management
- āSupport VPNs, password managers, and endpoint security and ensure device patching and compliance
- āTroubleshoot and resolve daily IT tickets via Slack, email, and video
- āMaintain accurate hardware and software inventories
- āAdminister collaboration and productivity tools such as Slack, GitHub, and Asana
- āCreate and update internal systems documentation and knowledge base articles
