Requirements
- ā3ā6+ years of experience on an SRE Infrastructure or Platform Engineering team
- āStrong production experience with Kubernetes

- āExperience implementing GitOps workflows (ArgoCD or Flux)
- āExperience with distributed systems container orchestration and observability
- āStrong Linux fundamentals
- āProficiency in shell scripting and at least one higher-level language (Go Python etc.)
- āAbility to scale systems through automation and reliability improvements
- āComfortable working in a fully remote globally distributed team
- āExperience designing and supporting real-time high-availability systems
- āExperience with monitoring logging alerting and distributed tracing
- āCI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions)
- āExperience in blockchain or Web3 environments
- āPassion for security and secure system design
- āExperience with Crossplane or developing custom operators in Kubernetes
- āExperience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling
