Requirements

- āContinuous production monitoring experience (e.g., Sentry, OpenSearch)

Responsibilities
- āPlan and coordinate testing activities collaboratively with the second QA engineer
- āLead initiatives and proposals to improve overall product quality
- āMonitor product health and detect user-critical defects before they escalate
- āChampion UI and UX quality and review the app regularly with Design
- āBenchmark against competitor apps and adopt proven user flows and patterns
- āPartner with Support to triage user reports, prioritize issues, and communicate resolutions
- āPerform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure release quality
- āIdentify, log, and analyze bugs with reproducible steps, impact assessment, and environment details
- āProcess incoming incidents from Support, ensure timely mitigation, and document root cause and fixes
- āCreate and maintain regression test cases
- āHunt for vulnerabilities and abuse and fraud vectors and verify protective controls
- āCritically review specs and planned features to surface ambiguities, risks, and edge cases early
