Overview

Chainproof is a leading digital asset insurance company focused on underwriting blockchain specific risks. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team in a hybrid operations role, supporting both business operations and underwriting functions.

This is a hands-on position within a fast-moving startup environment, offering broad exposure across insurance, regulatory, and operational workflows, with opportunities for progression as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day business operations and internal processes across the company

Assist the underwriting team with policy administration, documentation, and renewals

Coordinate with the insurance manager on financial reporting and regulatory requirements

Assist with regulatory processes, including tracking KPIs and supporting compliance requirements

Organise and coordinate board meetings, including preparation of materials and follow ups

Support back-office functions including document management, vendor coordination, and workflow tracking

Participate in client and broker calls as required

Experience & Requirements

2–4 years of experience in operations, financial services, insurance, or a similar environment

Experience supporting operational processes across teams

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple workflows independently

Comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred (but not required)

Exposure to insurance, financial services, or regulated environments

Interest in digital assets, Web3, or emerging technologies (including AI)

Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment

Post-secondary degree in a related filed

Located in Bermuda
