Requirements
- āBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Law or equivalent industry experience
- ā5-7 years experience in a regulatory, compliance, or advisory role within a highly-regulated industry
- āExperience managing money transmission or commercial lending programs (preferred)
- āFamiliarity with state money transmission requirements, Reg E, TILA, ECOA, and UDAAP
- āHands-on experience with license management and managing regulatory examinations and audits
- āProven track record managing complex multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion
- āResidency in the United States
Responsibilities
- āScale the compliance framework to meet organizational challenges
- āLead compliance projects including regulatory change implementations, internal audit remediation, and policy overhauls
- āEnhance the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework
- āDevelop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk registers
- āFacilitate cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Operations, Product, Security, and Finance
- āManage relationships with external auditors, regulators, and consultants
- āPrepare and present status reports, executive summaries, and steering committee updates
