Requirements

Responsibilities

  • ●Ensure 99.9% office internet uptime and liaise with external suppliers
  • ●Manage and troubleshoot SMPP and SIP telephony connections
  • ●Participate in on-call rotation for ticket management and employee support
  • ●Troubleshoot network connections and analyze error logs from ISP and telephony platforms
  • ●Support employee onboarding with software, hardware, and IT best practices
  • ●Manage permissions and hardware inventory for employees
  • ●Answer user queries about computer software and hardware and resolve problems promptly
  • ●Support system integration tasks between product teams and external partners
  • ●Write and run basic SQL queries to pull reports and troubleshoot issues
  • ●Liaise with telco partners to process monthly invoices and manage the SIM fleet
  • ●Provide daily reports of reported, resolved, or outstanding IT issues
  • ●Support large IT projects by completing technical tasks and coordinating with vendors
  • ●Perform monthly reconciliations of SIP bills from telecom partners
  • ●Assist engineering with setting up, troubleshooting, and remediating local server installations
  • ●Provide user training on IT standards and processes and document existing procedures
