We are looking for a visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead and drive the product development strategy for our rapidly growing Crypto DeFi Startup. As a key executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the business area of product development, managing a team of up to 70 professionals, and ensuring our products align with market needs, user demands, and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a product leader with deep expertise in DeFi, blockchain technology, and Web3 ecosystems who can translate innovation into sustainable, high-impact products.

Key responsibilities

Define and drive the overall product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with business goals.

Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product organization of up to 70 members, including product managers, designers, and analysts.

Ensure a seamless product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, within the decentralized finance (DeFi) space.#

Oversee the research, design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge DeFi products, ensuring scalability, security, and usability.

Foster an iterative, data-driven approach to product development, leveraging analytics and user feedback.

Manage the prioritization of product features and enhancements based on user needs, market trends, and business impact.

Stay ahead of DeFi trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to drive innovation.

Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and business teams to create customer-centric DeFi solutions.

Work closely with engineering, compliance, and business teams to ensure regulatory adherence and security best practices.

Drive synergies between product, marketing, and growth teams to optimize user acquisition, retention, and monetization.

Foster an agile, high-performance culture within the product organization.

Job requirements

Proven track record as a Chief Product Officer, VP of Product, or Head of Product in a DeFi, crypto, or Web3 startup.

Experience managing and scaling large product teams (50-70 people) within a high-growth environment.

Experience leading global, distributed teams in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Expertise in agile methodologies, lean product development, and user-centric design.

Proficiency with product analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.

Ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
