Requirements

Responsibilities
- āOwn the executive director's agenda and prepare briefings and follow-up actions
- āServe as a proxy for the executive director in internal meetings when appropriate
- āTrack and drive completion of ED-level priorities and strategic objectives
- āTranslate high-level strategy into clear action plans and measurable outcomes
- āDraft internal and external communications on behalf of the executive director
- āDesign and maintain operating rhythms, planning cycles, and project trackers
- āLead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution
- āIdentify organizational gaps, process inefficiencies, and risks and implement solutions
- āEnsure leadership decisions are documented, communicated, and followed through
- āServe as a central hub for information flow and alignment across teams
- āCultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- āOwn special projects and time-sensitive initiatives with autonomy and discretion
- āSupport onboarding of senior hires
- āHelp maintain team culture and communication norms
