What you will do:

Own the multi-channel content calendar, translating complex DeFi and technical blockchain concepts into compelling narratives for a global audience.

Build and manage a high-performance network of Web3 KOLs and influencers to expand brand reach and drive measurable ecosystem growth.

Analyze social performance data and real-time CT trends to iterate on viral campaigns and maintain Injective's position at the center of crypto culture.

The ideal candidate:

3+ years of specialized experience managing social media and marketing for a crypto startup, ideally within an L1 or DeFi protocol.

Proven track record of growing social accounts and managing significant KOL budgets with a deep, existing network of Web3 influencers.

Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to navigate Discord, Telegram, and X natively while tracking emerging crypto narratives.
