Requirements

  • ā—7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience

  • ā—Deep knowledge of LATAM crypto, Web3, or fintech ecosystem
  • ā—Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese and strong English communication skills
  • ā—Ability to operate in ambiguity and build processes from scratch
  • ā—Experience with ICP selection, outbound sequencing, pipeline management, and CRM rigor
