Requirements
- ā7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- āAt least 3 years in a leadership or senior individual contributor role
- āProven track record of closing complex multi-stakeholder deals
- āDeep knowledge of LATAM crypto, Web3, or fintech ecosystem
- āFluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese and strong English communication skills
- āAbility to operate in ambiguity and build processes from scratch
- āExperience with ICP selection, outbound sequencing, pipeline management, and CRM rigor
- āExperience selling to exchanges, L1/L2 protocols, DeFi apps, TradFi institutions, or compliance teams
Responsibilities
- āBuild and execute the LATAM sales strategy
- āSource, qualify, and close deals with exchanges, protocols, DeFi apps, TradFi institutions, payment companies, compliance teams, and analytics firms
- āDevelop and deepen relationships with exchanges, VCs, accelerators, protocol foundations, and strategic partners
- āRepresent the organization at major LATAM crypto and fintech events
- āCollaborate with global GTM on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market playbooks
- āPartner with Solution Engineering and Customer Success to ensure seamless post-sale handoffs
- āProvide market intelligence to Product and leadership
