Requirements

- āProven ability to translate business goals and partner requirements into clear, scalable technical designs
- āExcellent communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- āComfort managing multiple partner integrations simultaneously and operating autonomously
- āStrong curiosity for DeFi and enthusiasm for open financial infrastructure
Responsibilities
- āPartner closely with Business Development as the technical subject matter expert and join partner conversations to articulate capabilities and shape integration approaches
- āSupport pre-integration scoping and help partners visualise how the platform fits into their existing stack and product strategy
- āServe as the primary technical point of contact throughout integration design, build, and deployment
- āDesign and document reference architectures, SDK templates, and integration patterns to reduce friction and accelerate adoption
- āBuild and test proofs of concept, demos, and example integrations that demonstrate best practices
- āTroubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during integrations to ensure smooth launches and strong post-deployment performance
- āWork closely with Engineering and Product to relay partner needs, surface technical insights, and influence roadmap priorities
- āKeep internal stakeholders aligned on timelines, dependencies, and progress across multiple concurrent partner integrations
